A final defense was held.

The final defense of doctoral and master's theses in the Department of Behavioral Sciences was held over three days, from January 24th to January 28th. From our lab, Takafumi Fujiwara (3rd year in the doctoral course) gave a presentation on the bipedal walking of gibbons.

It was a confident presentation, with no sign of the nervousness of being the first speaker on the first day.

Hands were raised not only by his dissertation committee but also from the floor, resulting in a very productive discussion.
