The passing of Professor Emeritus Hideo Nigi

Professor Emeritus Hideo Nigi passed away on January 25th.

In 1996, he was appointed professor and was active in education, research, and nurturing the next generation of researchers at our laboratory until his retirement in 2002.

We remember his achievements during his lifetime and pray for his soul to rest in peace.
